These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DermaCare Skin Clinic website (the "Site") and any appointment you book through it. By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You can request an appointment without creating an account. Submitting the booking form is a request for a slot, not a guaranteed confirmation — our team reviews every request and calls you to confirm the final date, time, and any preparation needed for your visit.

Please provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, and email address) so we can reach you. Appointment slots are offered on a first-come basis; in rare cases where a time is requested by more than one patient, our team will contact you to arrange the nearest available alternative.

Every booking confirmation email includes a link to manage or cancel that appointment — no login is required to use it. You can also call the clinic directly at +91 7009168690 to cancel or reschedule. We ask that you let us know as early as possible if you can no longer make it, so the slot can be offered to another patient.

Appointments that are close to their scheduled time, already completed, or already cancelled can no longer be changed online — please call the clinic directly in that case.

The Site and this booking system are for scheduling purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information you submit (such as your reason for visit) is used to help our team prepare for your consultation and is not a substitute for an in-person medical evaluation.

This Site is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Descriptions of treatments and technologies on the Site are provided for general information. Individual results vary from patient to patient, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Your doctor will discuss what to realistically expect during your consultation.

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of DermaCare Skin Clinic or its licensors, unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Please don't use the Site to submit false booking requests, attempt to access other patients' information, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the clinic or Site operates. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
